Perfect for all abilities, with options to progress or modify throughout the session.

🤍 5:30pm – Low Impact Reformer Pilates
A gentler class focused on strength, mobility, posture and mindful movement.

🤍 6:30pm – Power Pilates
A dynamic, energising workout designed to challenge your strength, stability and endurance.
