How the priority access works with the reformer pilates?
The wellness club gives its members the benefit of having access to the booking system for reformer pilates 48 hours prior to the classes being released to the general public. The classes are released in 2 week blocks. The classes are paid for as single sessions.
Appointments
At House of Lavender , we understand that due to circumstances clients may run late for appointments, however due to time allocated in the salon, if you are running more than ten minutes late we will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
50% deposits will be taken for all appointments
Cancelation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel, change or amend an existing booking, this must be on working days and will not include days the salon is closed. Appointments cancelled, changed or amended with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the original booking. If an appointment is amended with less than 24 hours or a No show occurs (you do not turn up to your booking without notifying us prior) you will incur a 100% charge of the original booking. For any late cancelations we will also require you to pay a 50% deposit for your next salon appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
