Rosie’s area of expertise is in women’s health physiotherapy, with a special focus on post-natal recovery, she is dedicated to empowering new mums, helping them regain their strength, confidence, and overall well-being. With over 14 years of experience as a physiotherapist in both the NHS and private sector,  Rose has a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face during their health and wellness journey.

Rosie is passionate about working with women because their bodies undergo incredible changes, especially after childbirth, yet their health and wellbeing are often overlooked, she loves shifting the focus back to mums, not just helping them heal physically but also supporting them in rediscovering their identity and sense of self.

At House of Lavender, Rosie hopes to provide the comprehensive postnatal check every mother deserves. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where women, particularly mums, can feel truly heard, valued, and cared for.
