Synergistic Therapy
Welcome to Synergistic Therapy. My passion for healing began early in life, when I first discovered the comfort and support that natural therapies can bring. Over the years, this curiosity grew into a lifelong journey of study, practice, and experience, shaping the way I now support others through a blend of therapeutic treatments.
I am trained in a wide range of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Indian Head Massage, Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Wood Therapy, and specialised treatments such as Pregnancy and Post-Natal Massage. I also offer Reflexology for both feet and hands, with dedicated options for pregnancy, and soon, Fertility Reflexology and Baby Massage instruction will be available. Looking ahead, I am excited to introduce cacao ceremonies as part of my offerings.
Beyond massage and reflexology, I am passionate about the role of nutrition in overall wellbeing. I provide talks, tips, and recipe ideas that make healthy living both accessible and enjoyable. This holistic approach means each client receives a treatment that not only supports the body but also nurtures balance, energy, and vitality in everyday life.
At Synergistic Therapy, my aim is to create a calming, restorative space where therapies work together to bring you back into alignment — supporting relaxation, healing, and a renewed sense of self.
Natasha’s Journey with complimentary therapies began at an early age, using Crystals as a source of comfort. She gained her first professional qualification in Remedial Massage, from there, inspired by the intricate connection between the body and mind, she went on to complete First-Class BSc in Human Nutrition, whilst working at a Spa in Covent Garden; she later qualified and began practicing as a Dietician. Whilst Natasha found great enjoyment in this career, she missed the deeper healing connection that body work and holistic therapies provided, which guided her back to her roots. Natasha continued her journey in therapies and launched her own practice, expanding her training and eventually becoming a Registered Nutritional therapist with a focus on functional and integrative lifestyle medicine.
Natasha has a wealth of information and she believes that healing is most powerful when therapies work together, just as energy flows and transforms, she combines different modalities, nutrition, bodywork, touch, empathy, time and space to create a synergistic effect. This intergrative approach allows each treatment plan to be tailored to your unique needs, supporting balance, releasing negativity, and promoting overall wellbeing.
